Introduction:-

 

What is Blog :- A blog ( short for "weblog" ) is an online dairy of sharing information , personal reflections , or professional insights through articles known as posts . These posts are arranged in reverse chronological order - newest first - and can include text , photos , and videos to engage readers . 

There are two terms more - Blogging and Blogger 

• Blogging :- Its a  procedure/process of adding fresh content to your blog .
• Blogger :-  Its a website/platform to make blogs . Free of cost owned by Google .

 Types :- There are three types of blog -

• Text Blog 
• Audio Blog/Podcast 
• Video Blog/Vblog

Key Aspects of Blogging:-

• Purpose :- Blogs serve as platforms for sharing knowledge, building a brand, or expressing personal thoughts.
• Structure :- They consist of a main page with recent entries , often categorized to help readers find specific topics .  
• Content :- A post typically covers a specific topic and is usually informative in nature . 

Starting a Blog on Blogger ( Google's Platform ):-

 you can quickly set up a free blog using the following steps:

1.  Sign in: Visit Blogger.com  and sign in with your google account .
2. Create: Select "New blog" from menu .
3. Name & URL: Choose a title for your blog and a URL (e.g., yourname.blogspot.com)
4. Design:  Choose from Blogger's templates to customize the appearance, using various themes and layouts .
5. Publish: Click "New Post" to start writing and sharing your content with the world .

Key Elements for Successful Blogging :-

• Consistency: Regularly posting new content keeps readers engaged .
• Content Quality: Focus on producing valuable, engaging, and well-researched posts.
• Visuals: Including images, videos, or infographics enhances user engagement.
